Return Policy for Online Purchases

To return items purchased on Safe Approach.com, you may either return the item to in person to Safe Approach, or you can ship it back. Please call Safe Approach at 207-345-9900 to receive a return authorization number prior to returning the item.

Return Period
Return your item within 30 days of purchase date in new, unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not returnable including:

• Labor, delivery and/or completed installation services
• Safety and debris netting
• Perimeter systems
• Ladder climb systems
• Custom and site-specific products
• Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused

Items That Are Defective, Damaged in Shipping, or Incorrect
If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a replacement item. In order to receive credit for an item that was damaged in shipping, the damage MUST be recorded at time of delivery on the bill of lading.

Restocking Fee and Shipping Charges
There is a 25% restocking fee for all items returned other than defective, damaged or incorrect items. Customer is responsible for all outbound and return freight on returned items other than those that are defective, damaged in shipping or incorrect.

Method of Credit
Credit will be given in the form of the original payment. For payment by check, credit will not be issued until the original payment check clears. No credits will be made on items returned without a return authorization number.

Safe Approach Discretion
Safe Approach reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply.
